  • Donors: Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Mailing Address, PAN Number (for tax exemption receipts in India), and Payment transaction details. Note: We do not store credit card/bank details on our servers; payments are processed through secure gateways.
  • Volunteers: Name, Contact Information, Skills, Availability, and Demographic data needed for program deployment.
  • Website Visitors: IP addresses, browser type, Open+Sansnet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages via Log Files (standard hosting procedures).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

  • Process your donations securely and send 80G tax receipts.
  • Provide, operate, and maintain our website.
  • Improve, personalize, and expand our website and programs.
  • Communicate with you regarding campaigns, updates, and emergency appeals (only if opted-in).
  • Send you newsletters to which you have subscribed.
  • Find and prevent fraud.

Donor Privacy Guarantee

CBN-NGO will not sell, trade, or share a donor's personal information with anyone else, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. Your information is strictly used to process donations, issue receipts, and keep you informed of our work.

Like any other website, CBN-NGO uses "cookies". These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

CBN-NGO's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites (e.g., payment portals).
